finally !!! ripening!!!!

Just looked over my plants, picked 2 toms off today mmm nice. Also i noticed one of my jalapeño plants had a big ass white flower. So i flicked it and stuff in hopes of sexing it.

My Chilli's are looking awesome.

They get fed twice a week with Tomato Feed, not sure whether it makes a difference or not but a couple will certainly be ready for picking and cooking with soon :)

I'll go take some pics shortly.

I will have to try getting some, even if it doesnt work its worth a try :)

Also buy a cheap art brush and use that as perhaps you will have better luck with that method. I.e use the brush in the flower and just give it a rotate, do this every day for 3 days just to be sure.

or pinch some of ur gf/mums cotten buds, i used them and they worked fine.

Sorry i have been a bit distant recently guys, Going through a strange "I CBA" Stage just now.

My appaches are doing grand, the dwarf has a much better yield than the std one, also one of the chillis has started to turn red, and is changing very fast,

I shall take updates soon for you all

We currently have Red Peppers, Red Chili Peppers and Cherry Tomato plants on our bedroom window sill, have got one chili pepper that has ripened, 4 of the peppers are slowly turning red and 1 of the cherry tomatoes is also ripening so far. Going to make one hell of a chili con-carne when it all ripens :D

Not to worry Dave, i know things have been a bit crazy so take your time to get yourself sorted.

FishFingers, would enjoy some pics of ur stuff if you can. :)

I shall get pictures up tomorow, i took one today on way out door, but had been in a leaky shed sorting a motor cycle all mornign so by time i came in it was too late to upload, tomorow im doing SFA before work so have no excuse.

Skeeter If you are on Msn remidn me lol.

If the flowers are dropping it could be a range of reasons - water, nutrients, temps, light levels.

The Nagas are starting to show good buds again and I'll be watering them again tomorrow to try more water this time see if they'll set fruit.

I used to have some Scotch Bonnets growing on a window sill (I assumed they were SBs). They never grew larger than grapes but they did look beautiful on the plant. And it was very resilient. They even survived a cold snap out in the garden. Excellent chillies.

Got my first ripe chilli today, not sure if its a bhut jolokia or a naga morich as the pots arent labeled either way its gonna be hot.Should have a nice crop come the end of this month:
