That is actually one of ENB best effects. Its a very clever thing by its creator.
Imagine a projector throwing a 50" image on a screen.
Now imagine taking that 50" image and shrinking it down to the size of your computer monitor. This virtual "squashing" gives the illusion of AA...and it works brilliantly. (Similar to to resizing a window by dragging its corner in Windows).
Its a good thing you asked because when you start the game you will find that the credits & menu of GTA IV dont fit on the screen...they run off the edge. **This is normal**
The menu will return to normal size once youre in the game. This is because the squashing takes place once the game has begun

Enjoy it, just backup first (in case you dont like it) and its all good

) but this is nuts! I'm going to make a second installation of GTA IV I think, one for the Zombocalypse and one for normal gameplay. Can't really play it properly even when zombies are turned off, because every pedestrian still looks like one! 
this sounds amazing! Whats the fps hit like? Think I'll use this for Jaggielands (Borderlands) too.
