Host the race, set traffic and wanted level to 'on', catch up to 'off', custom cars dont matter. Then set the record to Personal.

Use super cars if you want to unlock car mods for all car classes.

Do 2 or 3 laps (depending where the RP max's out for your level), Make sure each lap you do is faster than the previous lap.

You'll get 5000-7000 RP (depending on position and an crew members in the race etc..) every 1:30, so should rank up a complete level every 2-4 races.

You should be bored out of your head after 1 or 2 races max :D

I had no problem last week but yesterday was mayhem, i think a lot of people bought that since the money drop.

I was torn between Tinsel Towers Art 29 or Richard Majestic Apt 45.

Both are safer from campers and Tinsel Tower has a swimming pool at the back (if you like that sort of thing) with easy access garage to the side street. The view is actually really good. Richard Majestic is with all the high rise, it has a view of the golf course, bit of the sea/pier and some parts of the city

Richard Majestic's garage is a little trickeier to get into with it being underground but the walls works to an advantage actually with you spawning outside being protected from the street, unless they stand directly in front with a rocket.

The good thing with both are the entrances on foot are far enough apart so you can always come out at a separate entrance and shoot them.

I moved to Richard's Majestic, closer to ammo store, a little more down town and right next to the entrace to the high way that take you up the map on the left hand side.

So if you use a muscle car, you don't unlock stuff above its class?
 
So logged in last night to see the $500k gift from R*, very nice thank you, went through all my cars and modded them right up.
Then found myself ignoring armored cars and other "high earners", drove around for a bit then put Ghosts on.

Messing around with friends is still a lot of fun, but once one your own there needs to be "something" to urge you to do stuff. I guess the $$$$s will get low soon enough and I'll be back to earning.
Any news on when we can start buying the Mansions and also start doing banks hiests with friends/crew?
 
Who wants a tank?

1. Get a cargobob
2. Two people get in cargobob and fly over to the marshland next to airbase
3. Get out, one person kill the other.
4. Start a 1v1 deathmatch. (cops/military pay you no attention while on 1v1 deathmatch)
5. Hop back in the cargobob.
6. Find a tank roaming the base & land in front of it.
7. One person gets out, jacks the tank.
8. Pick it up with the cargobob, take it and drop it outside the fence in the marshland.
9. Repeat 5-8 for tank # 2.............

My Friend wanted to do this the other night, but couldn't find a Cargobob anywhere.

We're both LVL55+
 
Thanks R* i know have $700K of money :D

I was banished to the Bad Sport server with a cool hat "Dunce". What a different server indeed 2 tanks and hell of a lot of killing. Theres practically no point taking your nice XF Entity or Cheetah on the road you instantly get car bombed. But this is where GTA Online is it seems so much more better and more intense.

I saw a bounty $9k and started chasing it only to find it's a "TANK" crap drive off no damage, then one tank was chasing me in my cheetah LOL

Which heli spawns is somewhat random though some are locations specific like police heli's only spawn at the police station. A good place for heli's though is the hospital as two heli pads and sometimes spawns two different heli's and no one guards it.

Edit: Actually isn't there something level specific about which heli spawns? As I vaguely remember reading about it before and thinking about it all that seems to spawn for me is buzzards.

Was playing earlier, won about 5 races. Played a survival, died. game ended so turned xbox off.

Start again 5mins aho.. I have a dunce hat for bad behaviour?!?!

I guess you didn't go into the Free mode first and were still in the party of 4 from Survival?

When you say you died, did all your team mates died too?

I love survival when playing with a couple of other good players who knows how to defend properly, as opposed to gung-ho type who gets themselves killed

Yes it's based on your level. so if you're seeing buzzards you'll never have a cargobob spawn unless you get someone to do it for you at the cargobob level (lv 23-33 i think, not sure)

You can try steal the one that lands, and loops the army base but I've never managed to escape after sniping the pilot out.
