GTA V Multiplayer thread (360, XBOX ONE, PS3 and PS4)

The last patch has opened up some stupid glitches, so far I've encountered.

1 - people giving away money

I don't think they know who they gave it to and how much. This is because I got the same, $134 million, and then I thanked him and he said if we go into a private lobby he can give me more. So did that, there were 3 of us there. After a while he asked me how much he has given me. So he has no idea. I lost count how many digits my bank balance is, 9 figures i think.

So I think someone is doing something in the lobby and money goes out to random players, in a random amount. It can be from millions up to $1 billion.

2 - Invincibility

Saw people now can't get killed by police or in survival. Did survival and a guy died (message on screen so and so died) but he didn't as his blue dot is still on screen. Then I died so I spectated and saw him walking around with a baseball bat beating the NPC. His health would stay max at green while he beat people, then it goes red (message that he died) but he stays standing and keeps beating people, and then health regen to 100% instantly.

3 - Bounty, random amounts, and who even claims it gets it all.

I had a 200mil bounty on my head.

4 - Levelling hack

People's levels are going up by the minute, saw a guy joined survival with 181, by wave 4 he was level 194. Saw the same in the lobby, people's levels are going up really fast and all they were doing were fighting the police.

Went to this guy's garage, he was level 57, had 1 car (very weird). Then cars starting popping up like he had ordered them online. But the cars popping up are all modded with custom wheels and colours. About 20 mins later he was on level 107.

can confirm on money land, logged in for first time in months, did a mission and a guy gave me 200 million lol.

This new capture mode any good?
 
Looks like they're fixing the hacked in money that people were giving out etc. Still down at the moment but you can check out your balance on social club site...

I had $3.5 million before someone gave me a bunch of money.

Then I had over $7 billion.

Now it's patched, i am down to $326,000 ?!

Eh, how is that fair?
 
Just had to reinstall the game as my save game file was corrupt. Is on line not working at moment due to the fact I keep trying to go on line and it says not available to completed the prologue ??

I'm now down to $1000000.. oops!

I did get gifted $100 million one night when playing with friends, I also made $4 million doing the car selling glitch. Oh well, I can play the game properly again now!
 
I am more annoyed at the fact that I am over £3 million less than before, and I am way short of getting a tank !!! I have been waiting to get to level 70 to get a tank I am currently level 64 and they take away all my money ?!

On the upside, I bought every single plane/boat/gun/clothing/car upgrades.

But If I had $2million I wouldn't be as annoyed.
 
is this still messed up? just switched ps3 on and it says online is available once i complete the proloque ?

Just curious is any other ps3 users are getting this as well
 
It's all well and good taking away all the glitched money, but it's just no fun without it. It's all just about grinding missions for $5k if you're lucky, then losing it all on ammo and healthcare. The game isn't balanced just now.

Because they've simply taken the $7 billion you were gifted away BEFORE allowing for the cost of all the crap you bought. Thats how you've ended up with 300k.

You'll notice you've kept all the junk you spent the cash on, so its hardly all bad.

Because.. you spent over £3 million on cars and upgrades. Which they've let you keep.

I'd knew someone would say that, you. :p

If you really want to be pedantic about it I've actually spent more than $3 millions so they got their sums wrong. Yes I came out ahead but what I wanted was the tank. What kind of game where they could adjust your in game balance at will?

If I had got the tank before yesterday I bet I would still have $300k in the account along with everything else.
 
There was actually a glitch (which I think still works) that allows you to buy pegasus vehicles with no rank restriction (but you still need the money). Sadly doesn't help you now, but... :(

I kinda wish they had removed all the vehicles too really, because this is why every 12yo out there has a tank.. (...and me).
