GTA V Multiplayer thread (360, XBOX ONE, PS3 and PS4)

All the dlc cars are in sp too.You have to go your garage (not the safe house) and when you're inside a prompt comes up to press on the d-pad, giving you a list of all the cars.

awww balls, your right, never even thought of that, may try that tonight, just to test out the other cars, still loving the 750 k car cant remember the name of it again, but would like to try out the other ones too and see how they compare.
Can you upgrade them in the SP?

If so it would be good to see their true potential once modded and kitted out (which I may never see in MP as Im crap at racing so rarely ever win lol)

I can mod all my cars to level 3 engine (lvl 4 max), have the top spec for all other areas such as tranmission, suspension etc. Although I have 60% armour, 80% when I get to level 80, currently at 78.

The cars are quick but not uncontrollable. But slow cars will still be slow cars. For example you can't make a Ratloader to be as quick as a stock Entity even if you max out the Ratloader.

Anybody playing? Double RP weekend and could do with grinding a few missions because I have next to no money, no apartment etc.

XBL: squerble

I am 1 mission short to level 80 but only have $250k so won't have enough cash to upgrade all the cars, but I only drive only a couple of them anyway.

Multi player is being hacked to death as the other day a sports car pulled up beside me and a monkey climb out and shot me

but the glitchers do have a fun creative side when it comes to races as some of the ones there coming up with are so much fun / nutty than what you could do normally :D

3 guys kept attacking me the other night, had no chance as I was constantly being flanked. Shoot one and the other shoot me in the back.

I play in invite only sessions now, can't be bothered with dodging bullets while I'm trying to sell cars, drive to the store etc..

If I want to get shot, then I'll join a normal session, but I'll be joining to specifically to have some fun shooting people.

GTA Online Independence Day Special DLC now available

http://socialclub.rockstargames.com...e-Independence-Day-Special-Available-Starting

From Paleto Bay to the Port of Los Santos and everywhere in between, it’s time to celebrate the birthplace of freedom with The Independence Day Special (in association with Ammu-Nation) for Grand Theft Auto Online.

Demonstrate your exceptionalism and own the road from sea to shining sea with two new star spangled rides, the Sovereign motorcycle and the super-sized Liberator monster truck. And protect your rights the same way our Founding Fathers did with the latest addition to Ammu-Nation's antiques collection, the high-powered Musket... or channel your inner Jack Howitzer with the spectacular Firework Rocket Launcher.

Seven new properties have also been added to the Dynasty 8 rolls, including locations in Paleto Bay and Vinewood Hills that provide plenty of yard space to scorch the grass with your very own Fireworks show. Use up to 12 varieties with different fuse lengths to create a spectacle that would make even the most battle-hardened Republican Space Ranger shed a tear. If you prefer rickety amusements operated by minimum wage teenage workers over incendiary lawn displays, then venture down to Pleasure Pier where you can now ride the Ferris Whale and the Leviathan Roller Coaster.

This limited-time update also features an overabundance of patriotic flare: show off nationalistic pride with a "Made in the U.S.A." t-shirt, a backwoods mullet or let the eagle soar with an animal mask featuring this great nation's most fearsome and majestic creatures.

This special seasonal content will be available to redeem in-game until Mid-July (we will announce a specific redemption expiration date soon). The automatic update for the Independence Day Special also includes additional game tuning updates and other adjustments, including the new On Call Matchmaking function. This new option allows players to accept a Job invite and continue playing in Freemode until that Job fills up, reducing time spent idle while waiting for a Job to start. For the complete list of all the fixes and tuning updates, visit the Rockstar Support site.
To download the Independence Day Special, fire up your online-connected PS3 or Xbox 360 and start GTAV. You'll be prompted to download the automatic update (1.15) and Xbox 360 players will also be required to download an additional compatibility pack upon entering GTA Online.

Had a play last night when the Independence day patch was released.

Was kind of hoping for more (re: new properties available)

Just wish they'd crack on & get the heists released
