GTA V Multiplayer thread (360, XBOX ONE, PS3 and PS4)

Pits the beach bum update that you get free cars, the valentine update gave a 1920's gangster car which was like $750k. The Turismo R is $500k or something? I then spent more to pimp it up.

Down to $400k again. I did make $200k in about 20 min the other day doing a few contact missions and it was double RP and double money for the day.
 
I have $2billion + with all characters in single player and only 36% played. In fact, I made that money from $60-$200k each by buying 1 stock low then sell at high yet not playing the story at all. Single player money is easily made this way, so whether the cars are free or $1mil each is of no consequence. If only they bring in the stock market in multiplayer then it would make the whole grinding for cash thing less of a problem. Which brings me to the next point. All these DLC with new cars and apartments is all good and well but I never spend much time in the apartment (what is there to do?) and never drive my own cars because I do contact missions for best money and RP. Plus your car gets impounded far too easily now and a pain to get it back.
 
Took advantage of the second apartment, just got the cheapest 10 garage flat in another area of town to spread things out a bit. The new $750k car seems a bit heavy, same acceleration as the Turismo R but with a higher top speed.
 
I had to install 4x packs before it would let me play online, it's been that long since i played this game.

I could finally get my private plate onto my online cars from Android, it only worked for single player cars last time i played, i never got the notification in game online.

Tried out the new cars in single player, put a private plate on all the cars in my online garage, then bought the new guns.

I'll probably just buy a 10 car garage as my 2nd property, i dont see the point of another flat, i just want more parking spaces.

I've only got about 1 million online, shame i cant transfer any single player money, each of my characters still have 2 billion in cash and around 18 billion in shares...

I broke in to my last Million last night to get this car, I wasn't going to as you cant buy it in SP to test it as its only on MP.
But One of my mates had it so I gave it a test run, ****in loved it, it reminds me a of a little batmobile lol and its fast, just the same really as the Turismo R, but it controls a lot better IMO.

After doing it up I have about 40,000 left, sad times, need to start grinding at missions again to get some cash up :(

I put in 1 bicycle and the free Elegy 8 as the only car in the second apartment. More just to have a car there when needed for now. It's not bad for a free car especially when specced up, handling could be better though.

I keep wanting to get some more interesting cars but most interesting cars are slow, makes getting killed in them more likely ! Already have an Entity and Turismo R. I really like the Turismo R for its handling, I think it handles great, great balance of grip and drift.

I really want a bike but they are lethal, keep getting kill in them (bad driving). So I end up not riding them, and they offer no protection against people shooting you as you driving around.
 
Hadn't played this for a couple of months, but have been back on it for a couple of days to see what's changed. Nothing much really, but still fun driving round shooting random people though. Glad you can get a second garage now though.
Are races still a good quick way to get money?

The most popular way it seems is a contact mission call Rooftop Rumble. Can get $18,750 and 4000RP in 5 mins for every participant.

It just involve shooting a bunch of guys in a garage, then chase down a car and deliver the parcel to a house. I've managed it on my own. It used to be even easier before the update, the underlined bit about chasing down the car was added afterwards. The parcel was in the garage before so it was even easier.

I always make sure to have the scrambler bike, its handy for going off road and once you get the hang of it, its great escape vehicle lol

Thats the one, I have a good bit of armor on it and bullet proof tires and good tansmision etc, off road it rocks big time, great for escapes from cops and other players to be honest. So IMO its a good one to have handy :)

That's the best bike, though not the coolest though. I like the Easy Rider Harley looking bike but it's so bad at corners lol

All the dlc cars are in sp too.You have to go your garage (not the safe house) and when you're inside a prompt comes up to press on the d-pad, giving you a list of all the cars.
