Rooftop Rumble on hard, free aim, with someone on your friends list and same crew.

Not sure if they still work but you could pistol whip/butt slap(?) enemies, between two people usually fast enough to clear them before they start shooting (sometimes a falling enemies gun will fire causing them to attack)

There was also a method where everyone except one would kill themself, last person destroys the documents and fails the mission but the others still get RP/cash as if they completed it, they could then use the replay button for quicker loading so even better, not sure if it would be worth it with <4 people though

I could be wrong but I think the best legit way is still to have someone call Merryweather for pickup and steal it
 
In theory if the heists are done right, they should be a good way of making money.

Trouble is, if you can make money easily, wheres the incentive to buy cash cards ? Can't see them doing it. Its just going to be another disappointment.

I'm thinking they will net you a million or two, but you're gonna be limited by how many times you can do it, or how often...

Like once a month sort of thing, can't have a heist and only reward a few k :p

Heard a bit more news today, new properties coming with the high life dlc. Hopefully there's some out the the north/north west of the map instead of all in the city.

Well if I remember correctly the only reason "Job Points" are in the game is because you're meant to play other stuff before going for a heist, but I would also imagine a hard cap/cooldown type thing as well similar to how you said maybe once a month, though I reckon at most a few in-game days

It's just unfortunate we've been waiting so long for heists, they're probably not going to be anywhere as awesome as we've expected all this time

not 100% official but from forums and youtube, but that's what is being thrown around as some of the properties are mansions and not just apartments.

Of course, I hope they are wrong as I would rather throw the cash at 10 cars than a new property...just so much wants :p

I agree, unless they are as good as the set pieces from SP then most if not all will be disappointed.

I just hate the grind nature of games instead of being allowed to enjoy the content properly especially one such as GTA, it's bad enough in mmo's lol.

Try going into Online > Playlists > Challenges, have to check throughout the day but I believe around 5-6 PM is the best time, you'll sometimes find a challenge on a 30 sec race where you bet 100k (have to have it on hand not in the bank) you can make a few mill easily depending on how long the challenge stays up.

Only thing is it kinda screws with your spending/earning stats, if that's something you care about. I would advise against the 250k challenges, I've never got one to work lol
 
I normally play with a friend who has a tricked out Entity, so I decided to spend all of my money on a new car, as my previous main car was a Sandking, and a suit so that I look awesome while driving it.

It's a bit faster than my Sandking, and spanked my friend's Entity in a drag race.
