GTA V Multiplayer thread (360, XBOX ONE, PS3 and PS4)

Feel free to add me, I'm currently doing them with a team already set up through the week but anytime I'm not with them I'm happy to help others if and when needed
 
I gave up trying to play and getting kicked off the severs and I am content to wait until it is working properly. If it is working properly then yeah I am up for some heists :) Any particular times that are best for you?

Other than trying to do heists with randoms, I've had no issues this past week.
 
So I played GTA V on the 360 at launch and I only dabbled briefly in online when it launched and it was a bit of a mess! I'm thinking of getting it again on the PS4, but mainly for online. Is the online aspect a game on its own now? I see heists have finally gone live too!

GTAV and Online are separate entities so to speak.

You can play online only if you wish, and with people you know it's a great laugh and well worth it alone.
 
I'm done with GTA Heists, it takes an age to get 4 people together to start one up, the cut scenes take too long/you should be able to skip them. If the randoms you are put with are new to the game they'll usually end up getting killed, thus, end of Heist.

I know it's much simpler to get four mates to start but if for whatever reason you can't you may as well just go and play another game. Waited nearly two years for this and it's utter garbage, imo. :)

That's a bit harsh, saying it's garbage when it was really obvious from the beginning that it would require a team of 4 to go through the heists. It really isn't something that should be done with randoms, you need a good team who'll communicate. Not really the fault of the game if you (or anyone) can't get a team together.
 
i play this with my nephew and we did our first heist last night, which was great :D but now there is a problem for the next heist you need 4 players :rolleyes: why is there no searching for games as a party of two ? i know we can start our own but we sat there for ages last night trying to invite randoms with no success :( it would be so much easier looking for a game with 2 available slots,unless I'm missing something.
 
Anyone know what the PS4 patch size for the Julys GTA5 updates were? Had one that just wont install but unsure how much space I need (have 10Gb free so guess its huge)
