GTA V Multiplayer thread (360, XBOX ONE, PS3 and PS4)

You have to either clear your cache or re download the DLC again to get rid of it. It's like a virus, once you see it once, it follows you to all the lobbies.

This game needs to hurry up and come out for the XBO. I am sat here now, no one in, free to do anything but i have absolutely bugger all to do..Got both XBO and ps4 but no decent games... Proper rate bored! Wish i was back at work....

TV is **** as usual...

Need some GTA, was always something to do on there....

Will you lot be getting it on the new gen aswell?

* On PS4, the light bar will flash red and blue when you're being chased by the cops.
* Also on PS4, you can touch the touchpad to switch modes between first- and third-person. There will be a few options to control when the game's in first-person and when it switches back to third - you can have it so that shooting is in first-person but it snaps back to third-person when you're in cover, for instance.

Hmmm, interesting use of the DS4, I like the touchpad perspective change, not sure on the lights....I hated that when it goes red in The Last of Us, it is very distracting.

I never even notice the light changing colour, it does it in a few games...I only know as my OH sees it and mentions it but I don't as I'm holding the controller with it facing away from me!

How do you hold yours?
 
Returning Players

Character Transfer
You will need a Rockstar Games Social Club account linked to the console accounts used when previously playing GTA Online.

When entering GTA Online, you will be given the option to transfer your previous GTA Online character and progression data. Once you have chosen to transfer your previous character and progression data, the transferable in-game money, RP and Rank of all previous characters will be displayed. These are the characters that will be transferred to the PlayStation®4 or Xbox One. Once the transfer has completed, you will be prompted to choose a character and enter GTA Online.

You will still be able to play your existing characters on PlayStation®3 and/or Xbox 360, however any progress made with versions of the characters on those systems after a transfer will remain on those systems only. Any existing PlayStation®4 or Xbox One GTA Online character and progression data will be replaced by the previous character and progression data during the transfer, except for any existing in-game money, which will be combined with your transferred balance.

All earned in-game money will transfer. Purchased in-game money that has not yet been spent will only transfer within a console family (e.g. PlayStation®3 to PlayStation®4).
