Where has that been stated that its only 16 players, cos from what i gathered they wana fill the entire city so its gona be more than that. Its like almost mmo type of numbers i think there aiming for.

Screw consoles they can have 16 players but pc it sounds like its probably a lot more.

Besides if it is online consoles could get more than 16 since the world is huge not everyones gona be loaded in at the same time. They probably would instance the world or do it like test drive unlimited?
