GTX 1070 - any takers?

They seem to be up on the website now and the prices are shocking for what is the replacement for the 970
Cheapest is £369 for the blower style. That's me definitely out. I got my kfa "black edition" 970 for £270 on release day and the replacement 1070 equivalent is a minimum of £100 more than that.
Wow, these are just as overpriced as the 1080 then
If they had of been around the £300 mark, I may have been tempted to spend some of my bonus coming in next week. But not at £370 I'm not.

Can't remember the exact price, but most were over £400
the individual pages are still active. bit of a mess up there. hope they don't cancel the order!
Pretty much all the "FE" cards were £410
Cheapest "blower" edition was £369 for KFA2, MSI same type was £380
Pretty much all the 3rd party coolers started from £410 for cheapest and most were £430-£450 with Asus strix at £480 and a hybrid MSI seahawk at £550
Its been taken down now so they don't exist
I sold my 970 because I hit the vram limit. I own a shield but I am going to switch to the red team depite owning a shield tv, Nvidia are not conning me, either overclockers are profiteering or nvidia have lost their mind

wow those prices... well thats what happens when one company dominates the marketplace they can dictate prices, especially when people lap them up, they will still sell tons of those cards because many people do not know different than Nvidia and deem AMD as inferior.
If those AMD cards land at £200 a piece, and 2 of them bests a 1080, what does that say about a 1070?
