That's if they honor it. You never know, they could be cheaper and you get a little money back.
Won't happen but never say never![]()
Yeah, I joined the forum over a week ago, ready in wait for this day.
Guys, you've got to vote with your wallet. If you feel it's a rip off, dont buy it. Dont buy a 970, 980, or 980ti either. Wait a month or two for everything to settle down.
I have seen the prices at another retailer and if you thought OCUK prices were high LOL...
I told many on here the card will be these prices and they laughed and said sure sure just wait 980ti soon £200...
There you go.... Reality struck for a third time now, 1080 , 1070 and intel 6950x.. all laughed when I mentioned the prices would be this high for all 3 (2016 fail year for tech as I said, all the hype is always a sign of doom (funny we actually got the game Doom this year too))..
Sorry to say to some I told you so... Just wait for them to soon go up in price even more as there are only very low stocks being distributed to retailers, expect a long wait for them.
Also 1080 Ti price will be £800-£850+ for this generation.

hoping the prices are not as bad as they seem to be been waiting to get back into pc gaming for a few years now and them prices just seem depressing if true
may just go for console gaming again for the next few years which is even more depressing

Far easier to buy an unboxed card in the US and have it declared a low cost gift.
The price stated by NVidia is $449 for the FE card and $379 for the non FE card. I would wait for the non FE cards personally and grab a 1070 for ~£315![]()
