The only drivers supported for the 780 are 320.18 and the beta driver before it.

Planning a rather hefty system upgrade soon currently rocking i7 920 + 7950.
Im not noticing great performance with the 7950 personally despite overclocking etc.
am very keen on the GTX 780 seeing comparisons the 780 seems to be a far more power beast.
Not had any luck cranking up a lot of games to max settings with my 7950
Worth a purchase ?

What resolution do you game at? 1080p?
It seems from the benchmarks like a single GTX780 should cut through pretty much anything at 1080p, especially with a modest overclock.
I'm trying to benchmark some newer games, but running a proper benchmark these days seems to be getting increasingly difficult, unless the developers include a built in benchmarking utility. Anyways those are all at stock clocks for the cards (780 is at 967mhz/6ghz, 680 is at 1006mhz/6ghz). I'm currently reinstalling windows to see if there's missing performance when changing cards (for whatever reason), but I doubt I'll get anything more. My system specs are i7 2700K @ 4.6ghz, 8GB 1600mhz, Win 7 Pro SP1.
The card is very well built and feels premium. The fan cover seems to be plastic, but it actually feels like the magnesium alloy stuff you get on certain high end electronics. The shiny bits are actual metal though and look very cool indeed. There's also a plate underneath the heatsink that covers the entire card and does seem to keep the PCB very rigid despite its long length.
Temps and noise are excellent. It idles at around 26C and the highest I've seen it go is 63C. It's generally quiet but when it does ramp up under load, it makes a low pitched whirring noise, which is noticeable but its not an annoying sound. At idle it's more or less silent, though I should point out that my case isn't very quiet to begin with and using headphones most of the time, noise is generally not an issue for me. Also, there was initially a fair bit of coil whine coming from the card, but since yesterday it seems to have died down a bit and can only really be heard in extremely high FPS situations, much like my 680 really. In fact, I'm not even sure if its a fault of the card, because I've had coil whine (or whatever its called) for the last six cards I've owned.
Performance wise, it seems on par with what the review sites are getting, probably a bit less since I'm still on Sandybridge with PCI-E 2.0 and probably some other bottlenecks somewhere. From what I can tell, the card boosts to about 1090mhz, which seems normal. I may try overclocking at some point as the temps seem genuinely impressive, but for now I think the performance is more than enough. In all honesty though, I can't really notice any difference over the 680 in games, apart from the higher numbers. I'm not even sure why I bought it and I'm pretty sure in a weeks time, I'm gonna be kicking myself in the backside and regretting the purchase big time, but for now I'm pretty happy with it.
Thanks for sharing, pretty much pushed me that extra step to part with my 7870 for the GTX 780 ACX version. First nVidia card since the 8 series, now I just need to wait for overclockers to get them in stock
Went back to 320.11 and no crashes in planetside 2

So what clocks are people getting out of their 780's then. I'm pleased to say after a fresh windows install mine are actually working - the BSOD has gone and been fortunate to have zero driver issues since.
At +106 power target I got to +190 core / +300 mem ( 1202/1603 )with some to go I think but it's late and I'm going to bed so will have to wait
Really happy with the cards though. Blow my 7950 xfire out of the water (obviously at a price!!)

With or without over voltage? And do you have Arkham Asylum to test the benchmark maxed including Physix on the highest? As that seems like a very sensetive game to overclocking.

They are under water. Have a D5 and a 3.120 and a single 120 in a loop. Temps stay under 50 degrees even with the +.38mv and benching at those clocks. Really happy with them. Scores higher than some stock titans in the heaven thread. Had another quick run last night and would have been 4 points off 7th spot on the board. I guess this also answers to a degree whether 780 sli is worth it with the 2600k

I'll be running stock air cooling, so if I can get both cards at 1100 I'll be very pleased.Also still running an i7-930 at 3.8Ghz, but I'm planning to grab a 4770 later this week. Won't make a huge difference in games though I imagine.

Could you post some benches on your old and new setup when you are up and running.
It would be interesting to see how much difference Haswell makes clock for clock with X58.
