yea it runs heaven and valley ok but bf4 is totally unstable as is bf3

No just the SC with the stock cooler.
Cant be doing with dumping all that heat in my tiny setup :eek:

Should still OC like a boss though.

My 780 Classified just crashed on BF4 and my clocks were reset

I guess it's not even game stable at 1.2Ghz. Glad I'm stepping up to a 780 Ti.

Well hope you get a good clocker. But unfortunate that u did not get stable speeds in bf4

What voltage were you running? Mines stable at 1300/1802 on 1.250v.

Ah ok, I didn't get too far on that voltage so I put it up today. Prior to that I was stable at about 1250 on the normal bios. My 1300 stable is using a custom bios with 130% power limit.

On the normal bios it's only stable at around 1180

That seems pretty poor. Did you monitor it to see if temp or voltage limits were being hit? What PSU you got?

Temps are around 65C and power is only around 70%. Corsair RM850, so no problems really. Just a bad chip.

Hmmm, I'm still debating wether or not to 'upgrade' to the ref 780ti. I got a feeling I won't really see much difference though. if it was the 780ti classified then yes.

I'm definitely going to go for it. The only thing that worries me is the cooler; I hope it's not too loud.
