i7 with an old GTX260 is an odd combination, might give me a better chance
I've done it on a i5 [email protected] with 8gig and a 5870 and an i7 920@stock with 6gig and GTS 250.

I've heard that for so many beta's, last one I can think of was swtor.
But it's not always the case, my brother & I on the same connection on seperate PC's often get invited together quite a lot.
Regardless if it does or not, It's not like it's hard to submit multiple systems in the first place from a different IP, so they go ahead and automatically make those sharing a connection have to do it.
Signed up on my rig with my new email and my old rig with my old GW account email. Got confirms immediately. Fingers crossed!

Well I dont think many people have an I7 980, 12 Gb ram and SLI GTX 560 tis, so I hope I get lucky

dont be so sure. they know it will run on high end systems, thye will want to know how far down the scale they can go, and what thair min specs can be.
It's far more likely they'll want specs of as many different cards as possible in a bid to find any bugs or glitches with any particular cards, graphics driver versions, resolutions, directx versions installed etc.

There's not much point in that... the email only confirms your registration. It's unlikely a new Beta will start until March or April. Surely they've got to process and work on all the feedback from the Closed Beta that just finished?
