Guilty Confessions: What game did you not finish?

Not quite a game that I won't finish but I see Mafia collecting dust on my desk atm, must get around to completing that at some point. Need to pick up the pace with The Witcher as well, love the game but there's been other stuff lately that has taken up my time.
 
Oblivion

Finished the thieves' and assassin's guild chains but only ever closed one oblivion gate. Must have played that game for about 60 hours before even going to see the monk for the first part of the story missions.

I will always recommend it to other people even though I have no idea how good the story is.
 
Pretty much most games at the moment. I just seem to lose interest or notice the design flaws.
Mass Effect , Bioshock ,Witcher etc none of them finished , in fact it's probably easier to list the ones I have recently
 
Mass Effect. Kept it installed for absolutely ages always intending to finish it at some point when I had the time. Then eventually decided I was never going to finish it so uninstalled it.

About 2 or 3 weeks later Mass Effect 2 appeared and I installed that. Never finished it either!!. :D
 
I notice a bit of a trend here, mostly bioshock and mass effect. Never played Bioshock. And I am in the process of playing mass effect at the moment so I won't say I have given up on it, as I haven't.....yet :p

Bad Company 2. Not even done the first level on single player :D

Thief 3. Got quite far into this game a few times but always lost saves or they got corrupted or my PC/HDD broke. Still one of my fave games of all time though.

Metro 2033. Got bored extremely fast, planning on starting a new game with the DLC this weekend to see if I can rekindle my interest.

AvP 2010. Linear gameplay makes boring game. Really wanted this to be awesome but as much as I love the Alien films I couldn't get myself to like it.

Operation Stealth. This game is my all time hated game ever. I just cannot get out of the bloody airport at the start. I looked online years after I had given up on it for what to do and went back to try and get out the airport and even what it said in the guide wouldn't work, something about getting a coin from the vending machine, getting angry just thinking about it haha! And to even start the game you have to pick colours from a colour chart that you would have got with the game.
 
Hmm. I don't have many uncompleted good games, as if it a bit gets too boring or frustrating, I switch on God mode and steamroll through it, and then revert back to normal.

My guilty confession is really the amount of great games I own, but haven't played! (Damn you, Steam. Damn you to hell!)
 
^^ agree.

normally if im close to the end and really stuck on a game i will just use a trainer so i cant die or something, happened to me on stalker , dieing to complete it and was literally at the last area and just kept dieing whatever i tried.

doesnt happen very often though normally can complete most games i play with a good few months.

Dungeon Keeper 1 - I was quite young and couldn't hack the later levels, they were just too difficult! :( ... and to this day i still havnt completed it.. and now i want to install it again!
 
HL2. Didn't spend MASSES of time on it, but it felt like days as it just dragged on and on and on and on. Found it really boring.

Yes, damn those Steam sales! I always tell myself the games will be great for a rainy day. Certainly have enough for many many rainy days :)
 
Bioshock 2 also... I got bored =/

Bad company 2 aswell, bought it on steam, never installed it as i played the beta..
 
Crysis

The only reason i've not finished this is because for some weird reason it constantly crashes on the aircraft carrier section, the rest of the game was and is fine it's just this section
 
For me it's

HL2 and Dragon Age, really liked them just can't seem to get back in to at all, at the moment when ever i fire up my pc I always end up in BFBC2 no matter what i was going to play.
