***Gym Exercise Guide, and Form Discussion/Feedback***

In my quest to fix my 'can't do forearm stand unless I use a strap because my elbows splay when I bend my arms with them overhead' I found a shoulder test I'm awful at:


I can only go as high as my neck/chin (about 90 degrees relative to the body) grrrr. If I tie them together it's easy to go higher though!

*goes off to do the banded stretch suggested*
