Not a bad number though really.
I'd be happy with 7 to be honest, would have been nice to have more but at least this way, we won't be glared at by too many people being seen as an annoyance

I now use the school 'Fitness Room'. But no one is ever in there. So i'm not used to a normal gym environment with people in it

I don't know what I'm going to be doing on Saturday, training with Rob all this week so may do Legs with Freefaller, see if he can help me get my strength up on my squats
