in my head im thinking pfft 60-kg i warm up bench at 100, but then im remembering how weak i felt last time i did 12-12-10-10 rep ranges..... i think once your over 25 reps things gonna be horribly hard

iirc isnt the classic challenge 100kg for reps?

Get out of town FF, even I could do 20 with 60KG, you are more like a 40 rep man. ;)

you have no idea how weak I am at the moment! lol!

It's about conditioning. I don't do high rep work so will probably suck, but I can do 15 reps of 100kg OK.

It's been a long time since I did more than 10 reps for 100kg :(

I'm going to be a huge disappointment to everyone lol! :p

A disappointment to everyone. Except for the people who you are still bigger and stronger than which is well most :D

Just tell me you're bringing either the eye patch or the mane?

Is the leg press comparable to a squat?

I cant really chance squats atm until my nerve damage sorts it's self out.
Not really comparable unfortunately. Hope the nerve damage isn't too serious!
