Half-Life 2: Episode 1

How do u get steam to recognise that u moved ** steam folder to another drive? It wants to download it all to the original location. IIRC Ive taken a look in the registry for "steam" but there was nothing out of order there.

LOL... No of course not. I'm just wondering why on earth you played it for the first time at that resolution, and then played it again at a much higher one?
Wow that really wasn't what I was thinking :p

I keep getting nailed by that Gunship in the warehouse, any tips? It seems to keep dodging most of the rockets I'm pumping at it through the roof.

Fire your rocket in a different direction from the Gunship and then guide it towards the ship whilst rotating your rocket launcher in gentle circles. That way the rocket will eventually hit its target without being shot down first.

may seem a daft question... is it worth me getting this?

Yes. It's ~ £12 for ~5 hours gameplay.

Often, PC Games are ~£35 for ~10 hours when they first come out, so I think it's pretty good value.

Does this carry on from Half life 2? if so then i'm screwed as i haven't completed it lol :o

Yes. Go and complete HL2 first, even if it's on easy, it'll be a fun romp.

There's some nice touches in there, like when Alex shields her eyes from your flashlight. Two bits that made me laugh were when I turned off the flashlight in the dark to recharge and I hear a zombie going 'muuuur, nnnnngg', switched it back on quickly and Alex goes 'Only kidding!', and when the NPCs are all sitting watching the telly and I smashed it, she goes 'You're right, we shouldn't be watching TV'. :D

Well, I played it on hard and got stuck a few times, refusing to turn the difficulty down.

/shakes fist at damn gunship in nasty decrepit house

I wouldn't bother playing on anything other than hard difficulty. I would say it's about right for people who have aleady completed half-life 2.
