Theres autoaim in COD4? Not when i was playing anyway! Autoaim is for losers more to the point. Agree with basically everything steve has said but im not a die hard fan either, i just play what i like....this wasnt worth 45quid, though i spose i shudda known that
 
Been playing this for few hours, good game but not superb and not worth the tag 'best shooter 10/10 bar none' hype. To my suprise they have improved Multiplayer Co-op, great fun this game mode which we've been playing all evening.

No Autoaim and controller = no kill festival

Try to strafe past an opponent and see what happens. I've got my self killed many times trying to chuck nades around a corner/gap because auto aim has pulled my aim off to the side by a stupid amount as someone walks past.
 
Finished the single player on heroic with 4 of us in one room. Definitely worth the purchase for me.

Now I need my live sub to turn up.

Just had a game with kebab, wyrdo and Zico. OcUK matches are going to be so much fun :D (as long as someone hides the hammer from wyrdo :p)

Just did the first level a bit and played online... definitely not as good as Halo: Combat Evolved as I feared, but still very very good.
 
Well in the end I went and got my copy at midnight.

Single player is a good solid performer. Started it again though after finding normal a bit easy. Heroic I'm finding hard though!

Multiplayer is where this game is at though. Had a couple of games online and really enjoyed it. More than Halo 2 which I gave up on pretty quickly.

And Booner....I got goosebumps when the music kicked in. It's by far my favourite game music/score...ever! Loved it since the first game.
 
i did when they were playing it in the shop ..... the theme music tht is..ive seen the ending on youtube ....still hasnt spoilt it for me the adverts "belive" made the 1st advert disapear from my mind as tht bar far was the worst game advert ever!!!
