US: Hannibal

Looking forward to starting this show. Judging by the comments, it gets better as the series goes on.

Real fan of Silence of the lambs, and all the Thomas Harris books.

I was only telling somebody today I thought it was getting sillier.

im enjoying it because it could have so easily followed the stereotype serial killer hannibal like hopkins but its got interesting ideas and ways of showing them.

i enjoy hows its turned aswell. eddie izzard just no though :p

We are opposites, I thought Eddie was great.
I'll keep watching though.
Somebody told me the other day that the main actor comes from Stoke.

Another fan here, got my GF into it now and we've become one of those sad couples who watch TV together :D I refuse to watch Grays Anatomy though.

I'm loving how Will's character is slowly deteriorating, now he's turning into more of a mental-case he's less annoying than in the earlier episodes, the development of the relationship between him and Hannibal is also getting pretty exciting. Oh yeah re: Hugh Dancy, I thought it was Wolverine at first :p

That was a great finale, not looking forward to waiting 9+ months for the next season to start.

just watched the final episode 13, season 2 will be out next year :). i think its fantastic but feel like they have stretched it out, i hope they dont make a million seasons of it and ruin it tho

^ That.

Though I'm rather hoping season 2 will have a serious tone shift, I'm half expecting but dreading something to happen where we get a snap backs to the status quo when the new season starts in less than half an episode, give me a full season of
Will consulting on cases from in prison as he tries to clear his name

Haven't seen the full series yet but I'm a bit confused about a couple of things.

What does Hannibal find so interesting about Will? Is it purely because of his "talent"

A couple of times it seems to be implied that some of Hannibals killings are to goad Crawford or make him look stupid - why?
