Yeah, you can, tests for pilot selection are more about hand/eye coordination, not failing the medical, having good eyesight, having limbs the correct size etc.. You don't actually need to be an officer to fly in the Army either.
He went to one of the best and most expensive schools in the country and came away with just two A-levels; a B in Art and D in Geography, so he met the bare minimum education requirements to become an officer it's pretty obvious why he didn't go to university!
There is also the allegation that he cheated, officially he didn't and was cleared by an exam board but it certainly seems like a lot of help was given to the point that the art teacher referred to it in an employment tribunal against Eton:

Would he have got that B if not for the extra help? Would he have got anything if he'd gone to a bog standard school/6th form?
IIRC while on his commissioning course he managed to get caught on tape referring to a Pakistani officer cadet by an ethnic slur (ironically though he won an anti-racism award this year).
The regiment he initially got into was, realistically, 100% down to who he was also getting a secondment as a pilot in the first place is quite blatantly likely to be down to who he was too (in part because his previous operational tour was cut short and that offered a different means).
The published reasons for him not staying on were things like him not wanting a desk job, always planning to quit to look after family etc.. but realistically promotion to Captain is almost automatic and doesn't require a board... beyond that though mid-career officers are expected to attend things like intermediate staff college etc.. and that's getting a bit like attending a university.
You are talking out of your **** dowie and clearly know nothing about flying. Maybe you play computer games and think it makes you a pilot

As for him leaving, they all leave. Charles did 5 years, Andrew served the longest, William only did 7.5 years. So Harry did better than his brother and his father.
