very noticeable. I wouldn't. If you're on 1080p you'd still be able to play most games at high settings though.

E: Still haven't heard anything back from 5UB. May have to pick up the phone on my lunch break

Rang up today, was told they're just swapping them straight out for new batch cards. Don't know why they didn't just say that the first time I raised the issue, but that's a result either way.
 
The TFIII that I sent back was part of the 'new batch' and it was still not performing as it should. Just about to receive my replacement (HIS IceQ Boost).

Obviously not all of the TFIIIs are faulty so fingers crossed you get a goodun...

I did have some trepidation at the thought of getting another one back, but I'm going to have faith. Fingers crossed indeed!

I had the msi twin frozr III 7950 but it was faulty so send it back and now need to buy another card since now Im using GTS 250 1gb 775/1050

The new gen of GPU's are rumored anywhere from March onwards, I would expect later than this but I am purely guessing. Gigabyte have a good name and that seems to be a quality card. It is in your budget, so go for it :)
