**HAZRO HZ27WA & HZ27WC ARRIVING SOON INCLUDING NONE-GLASS VERSIONS!**

The ETAs are not unrealistic - with multi drop shipments, we're simply quoting ETAs given to us by haulage providers. We are being told that goods are most likely due to be delivered today and if it passes 6pm by the time the driver gets to ST5, it will be held until tomorrow morning. We apologize to all those that have placed pre-orders for this delay and we will post updates as and when they become available.

But how does it slip from Friday, to Tuesday, to Wednesday to now maybe Thursday?

Surely they don't stay on the back of a van/wagon for a week?

Sorry, but how many ETAs have you actually managed to fulfil? :(

Any update from OCUK on whether on not these have been delivered yet? Are they likely to be available for store collection today? After selling the 24" it hurts to be stuck with a temporary 19"!

Hi All.

Just ordered the C version. Now I need to know if my graphics card can deliver the resolution. It is a Gforce 8400GS. This page:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GeForce_8_Series

Says:
One Dual-link DVI Support: Able to drive one flat-panel display up to 2560x1600 resolution. Available on select GeForce 8500 GPUs and GeForce 8400 GS cards based on the G98.

Can anyone tell me how to check if the card can do dual link?

Thanks.

This should help you:

If it's got the sockets in the middle of the port, then it can, if not it can't.
Don't worry about whether it is DVI-I or DVI-D.

Although, I really would recommend using a better card than that for this monitor!

Well it's got all the holes in (and in fact the cable I am using is DVI-I dual link according to that link (and wikipedia)

So I guess I'll see what happens when I plug in the monitor. Machine is not used for gaming - so I don't think card performance is an issue.

We've run into troubles getting stock to OCUK mainly because of the bank holiday - this is the 2nd day all deliveries are going out in the UK and haulage companies are working flat out. We're confident goods will be with them today
For what it's worth... I have an optical drive en-route to South Africa via the UK and I stared in dismay at the FedEx tracking log as the package just sat in the UK for 3 days not moving. At some point I wondered if there wasn't perhaps some sort of holiday with resultant shipping backlog.

So don't be too hard on Hazro when he's telling you like it is. :)

Yes, but this is going from the UK to the...UK.

We have stuff go all over the country for work deliveries too, and other than Monday when there was no pick-up/drop off we have had everything just fine.

Seen as they should have been there last week the bank holiday shouldn't have mattered, no?

Thinking of preordering a 10bit 27", would I secondhand get one out of this shipment being delivered?

Also would a single 6950 run one of them at a max res with another 2048x1152 monitor?

Finally! Can't wait. i hope I receive a good one :)

Do you have enough stock to cover all pre-orders or are there going to be a few dissapointed forum members.
