Hazro series - HZ30Wi, HZ30WiQ, HZ27WA, HZ27WB & HZ27WC

just noticed that the glass panel on mine is not fitted as tight on the bottom as it is on the top.
The lower left side is not completely flush. The right side is worse, and it is this side that has the dust or dirt. There is a definite gap between the glass and the casing.

This is terrible but it might help explain the 'unbelievable price'. I wonder if this is a 'bad batch' or a much wider problem. I've never seen such a high number of reported defects (or maybe there are hundreds of happy people who didn't complain? :p) in any monitors recently.

I feel vindicated in my decision

'strokes u27 and u24 lovingly'

Feel for all you guys monitors must be the worst thing to rma :(

Feels bad man :(

I was expecting a dead pixel or two but so many hotspots randomly on the screen plus the fact that everyone who got the screen and posted in one of the thread, has issues with it, doesn't say anything good about quality of the monitor itself.

Ok, I've counted 13 little white spots on black background.

Do you guys reckon that's enough to RMA? Do we have to prove it anyhow?

I don't want to end up with them cleaning up the screen and sending it back as not faulty - at my cost, so I'll take pictures of everything faulty I'll find tomorrow.

EDIT: The monitor itself is brilliant but the quality control is horrible. There is a slight tint issue as well but that isn't apparent in most scenarios.

We all have time till next week I guess to decide what to do.
I have definitely 5 sub pixels and some dust or something under the glass in few places.
Image quality is amazing, I never seen this kind of quality of image to be honest, resolution is breathtaking, clarity of view is also great - I had Dell 2407 for last 4 years and have to say this glare screen makes a difference. I played some Dead Space 2 for an hour and it is amazing. Every time I walk in my room I cannot believe how big this screen is:) So you can see my dilemma - few faulty pixels against nice screen...

Gahh, get mine tomorrow, will be waiting for me when I get in from work....

I'm going to be spending my day at work worrying if I've got a naff monitor instead of looking forward to getting home and playing with my great new toy :(

One thing I can tell you is Crysis 2 looks absolutely awesome on this screen and watching 720p and 1080p movies look great and most of them fill the whole screen without black borders.

It's just a pity about the dead pixel problem.

I wished it would have been a better out come.. I'm still desperately wanting to try at home a glossy 27 inch IPS... such a shame, wanted to want one
I guess the wait is still on

II have more money in screen than other pc cost i think

this is all very gutting,!! i have been pouting because my replacement full HD screen for my XPS laptop has one green stuck pixel!!!! now i feel lucky:(

but even more gutting is that going by the postives so far it is obvious that owning A! IPS 27" glossy screen is the way to go for me anyway, but are there any others out there apart form the near £1000 tag of the Apple screen?
