add the wine a tiiny bit at a time, stir stir stir and taste taste taste. If you over cooked risotto you either adding to much liquid at a time or not tasting.

get urself to morisons/iceland etc, weightwatchers meals for £1 each.
Curry, chickenhotpot, spag bol, lasagne, shep pie are all fairly nice, as far as microwave meals go they are caviar.
Sometimes making a healthy meal you fancy can be a hassle, so get these to make sure you stay good.
Make yourself some lamb/beef/chicken kebabs, just grill the meat and stick it in a fajita wrap with some natural yoghurt, salad and spices. You'll get the hang of it![]()
