I spent around an hour and 45 minutes this afternoon just speed running the lowest difficulty missions solo to farm the super credits/medals and get an idea how often they drop.

I made around 350 super credits and about 100 medals, potentially a lot more to be had as I ran into loads of those doors that take two people to open. Boring, but it would seem quite viable to just speed farm some dough if you ever wanted to buy a premium pass/armour set.

Dropped in, everybody goes to request there support weapon and we all end up calling in 380mm and walking barrage on ourselves

None at all. Only issue I’ve had is with a mate who got stuck behind the entrance gate on my ship had to leave the party and rejoin. I’ve been playing with 3 PC players and 1 PS5’er.

It’s still the best game ever made.

Nope, no problems if you actually have some friends

Is lack of content a thing atm? What about the pay-2-win aspects ? Hyperbole or real?

Getting friends to meet up works fine. We use a discord channel for voice and organising.

The issue is in the game tool to pair up players, I am fine with it getting worse before better as long as they fix it and keep players informed.

Hyperbole. You can unlock different guns via the “battle pass” (which I believe you can access by collecting premium currency in game anyway), but they give a different experience, not a “better weapon”.

Thanks, planning on grabbing game once I get my new monitor, bit hard playing mouse and keyboard on a 55" lol

Bought this yesterday and played it most of the evening. Missions are far more chaotic than I expected, I'm too used to Darktide I think.

I didn't notice any issues while playing, I didn't crash, I could join other games easily etc. It is clear there's a load of balance issues and bugs though. Armour not working correctly etc. I can see myself jumping into this semi regularly as a quick fix and expect to drop a good bit into it.

Playing with randoms so far has generally been good but have had a few missions where people start to mess around and/or start to die and then they bail. Which on lower difficulties has been fine as it doesn't seem to change with extra players at least. I've had some rough fights though due to it.
