The Pentium M is an excellent CPU for FAH. A 2.0 GHz Pentium M at stock everything holds the world record for PPD. The owner of that machine is my next door neighbor.

My buddy is goliathdrakken. He's folding on his Dothan core Pentium M at 2.0 GHz (stock speed).

World record PPD/GHz: 346.36 PPD/GHz

Like I said, the Core Duo should be able to smash that given the right workunits. I guess that'll be the key factor though. Conroe is, of course, going to be even better.

Only a 1.5\400, but I'm reliably informed this will do 3.2ghz on air. Trouble is, I need some decent ram to go with it...

Celerons don't generally fare too well due to the braindamage Intel gives them. Semprons do much better in that respect.

Still a lot better than nothing though.

Its a mobile same architecture as P-M, but less cache...
