Heroes of the Storm

Anyone purchased any of the packs yet? Wondered whether it's worth getting the Nexus Pack. I haven't been playing long, but it's definitely something I enjoy so can see a long future playing it!
 
I bought the Nexus pack and I think it's called the Starter pack. Both worth it if you're going to play quite a bit.

Then usually by the hero on sale at 3 quid a week. Bought all the mounts for some reason.
 
I got nexus pack since I liked most of the heroes and it has the rainbow unicorn which is half it's price by itself, the starter pack, and I buy most of the half price dudes (only one I haven't since I started is Tychus, because meh) in the sale each week.
 
Owning Reaper of Souls gets you Valla am I right? She's the only champion you need imo, absolutely dominating every match with her she's insane, hope she doesn't get nerfed :D
 
I have Reaper of Souls and had Valla, didn't realise they were linked though.

She won't get nerfed as she's not op. Good and solid all round but not op.

I prefer to play other heroes.
 
She's just been nerfed, she seems fine now though. Yeah, Valla's supposed to be for anyone that pre-ordered RoS, but I'm sure I got her twice (bought a copy of RoS for a friend, the gift popped up twice for me, my friend didn't get her :() and the second copy of RoS wasn't bought until way after release, so maybe they changed it to if you bought it any time.
 
Ok so a new player here.

Am I right in understanding that heroes that are purchased in beta will carry across to full release?

I only have 1030 gold (only played 1 online match) and i might sink a few £'s into it to get a character or 2.

Yeah, no more resets unless something drastic happens. They put the money straight into your battle net balance anyway, so you can buy them again.

Ah brilliant thanks for letting me know!

If anyone has a key that they don't mind PM'ing me so i can give it to my best bud (hes ginger so feel sorry for him) so he can get in on the action with me I would appreciate it!
