hi

It's usually just an initialisation order, if no PCI-E GPU is detected it falls back to onboard GPU, if onboard GPU is set first it will not initialise PCI-E GPU.

You can always reset the CMOS to restore defaults anyway.

Try the other long pci-e slot.

You are connecting the monitor to the GFX card and not leaving it connected to the motherboard?

I have tried peg and other ones still no joy can only get onboard working so I think it's time for new or used asus motherboard this is my first and last gigabyte motherboard.

Get the board replace/fixed as it has a 3 year warranty and the RMA centre is in the IK and really quick, you wont get that with Asus.

just to be sure,i don't mean peg I mean the speed mode theres gen2 and gen3 and auto

if you've tried with gen2 then ignore

also tried the other pcie slots?
