Got your cheque too
yes its true. Its new technology to help the real grass grow. What happens apparently is a layer of plastic roots (what we have seen being laid recently) will be beneath the playing surface. The grass roots will attach to the plastic which will promote good balance growth. This technology will make up for the different growing conditions at our new Stadium compared to what we had at Highbury ( Isn't it strange to be talking of Highbury in past tense??)
Gooner14 said:Nah, it's not turf, thats a plastic weave that the grass will grow into to hold it togehter. They will be seeding the pitch, no turf here

Creature said:Does the new stadium remind anyone of the Estadio da Luz in Portugal. The seating in the corners and the general shape of it just seems very similar.
Gooner14 said:Yes thats right Arsenal Stadium, not Highbury .
