I must prefer Eminem's older stuff, it is much better than the new stuff. Recovery is the exception though.

Recovery wasnt bad, but I still wouldnt buy it, Bad meets Evil was just horrible pretty much all the way through. A very frustrating artist.

Agreed. Old old stuff is awesome 
The thing with him is, he initially came out and absolutely smashed every track with amazing lyrics and a great flow. Then he sort of fell into his own hype and played to it even more (I don't think the drugs helped) and his tracks became tired and lyrics were weak and clichéd, he lost his ability to produce a good verse and just comes across as shouting angrily. Lately I feel he's got his ability to get feelings across in lyrics again and is writing good verses, but he still hasn't got his flow back, he still just shouts...
