too expensive for me right now, good to hear theyve bothered to hire more than one voice actor for this one though

Interesting video from Digital Foundry comparing how the old levels look in Hitman 1 versus playing them in Hitman 2. Lighting is quite different.
It's a shame that sales figures for Hitman 2 are so low but it's too expensive for what I'd put in to it. I barely finished the first one and I only played each level the once. It's quite amusing reading @Rezident posts above about doing the maps 3-4 times.
And that's just for starters! This is the way this game and these maps have been designed. If you only played the map once, you would miss out on, like, 95% of the content, the stories, the fun! Why would you do that?
Maybe it's not my type of game! I don't like replaying things over and over. It's just another form of grinding to me.
And nothing about your playthrough in Hitman 1 - unlocks, level, achievements - carries over. You're starting from scratch in Hitman 2.
Yep, a bit annoying but then replaying the levels after a few years isn't actually a chore. I enjoyed doing them again
That's a bit of a shame. I'm thinking now that I should have got the gold edition with all the previous levels included.

They just released patch 2.20 with DX12 support
Which means after 4 months (or thereabouts) I can finally play it on my RTX 2080ti.
It doesn't include the previous levels.
