HOT HOT HOT

*Sees people moaning about temperature being too hot*

*Notices that they are all inside, with curtains closed, sitting at their computers*

Ah, that would explain it...

Go outside FFS!

Deffo packing some shorts and a t shirt tomorrow for the walk and train ride home...cant walk and do that new street station ride with shirt and trousers no more..

Apologies to all for the milk bottles but they are inked :)

Had a walk around town around midday and bought some new clothes, then home to watch the end of the grand prix then headed down to Leigh-On-Sea and walked along the seafront to Chalkwell/Westcliff and back with a wonderful seabreeze for most of the journey. I was home in time to catch Murray in the final set and then sat in the garden reading RetroGamer and listening to music until about 7:45 so just a little wait for Top Gear to start. Good day all in all.

Was only 28 or so here today, then checked the weather for my city in Taiwan and it was the same. At midnight. I miss being there :p

Those of you who have lawns (or plants) in your yard should water them and then enjoy the cool air rising from that area; get out the lawn chairs and tables and take it easy.

Except you are assuming that we spent all day inside and haven't been outside at all ... It is noticeably cooler inside my house than outside, but that doesn't mean that it was even close to being at a pleasant temperature.

As for sitting at my computer ... I have been sitting near a computer but it hasn't been turned on at all and I don't think my tablet and my book really affects the ambient temperature in the room significantly.

Need to get up in half an hour, after very little sleep last night, and try not to fall asleep at work today.

I think this weather has made me decide to get a tablet of some form next year for the summer. We are saving hard for a mortgage now and should hopefully get one next year. Hoping to get a nice apartment with a balcony so would be lush out there with cold beer and ocuk on hand to pleasure myself with :o

I'll be stripping off and proof reading in my sunny garden this afternoon. Tanning and working and relaxing all in one!

Meant to be much cooler today up here on the East coast Scotland, 17C instead of yesterday's 26 then tomorrow they reckon it might hit 28. Still have stuff needing done in the garden so better get it done today otherwise i'll be burnt tomorrow.

It's nuts considering last year i think the hottest it was here was ~22C and we had around a week of sunshine all summer.
