HOT HOT HOT

I ran a marathon on Saturday and a marathon on Sunday. It was a right slog. I was meant to be doing a 30 miler on Saturday afternoon as well but I sacked it off after 5 miles it was too hot.

Saturday... paintball umpiring under the trees... very warm and humid.

Sunday... in the wood building log walls and fortifications for a new paintball area. (gonna be epic). Extremely hot, but not as humid.. lovely. Sat on the edge of the wood for an hour at lunch looking out across the moors and rolling countryside with a lovely breeze.

Or just don't deal we'll with the heat. Fair haired people, like myself, tend not to. I've not got an ounce of excess fat on me.

In some parts of East Anglia it's 14C and foggy and that North Sea cloud is going to ruin even more peoples fun this week :(

Thing is though it really isn't THAT hot, this is WARM if you want HOT go back to the 90's when you'd wake up to 25/26C and high humidity.

Remember though, some people here on ocuk are over weight and anything over 21C is hot :D

No, remember that different people cope with different levels of heat differently.

I tell you what, I prefer cold weather and you obviously prefer hot ... so i'll put my head in my fridge with it on maximum for half and hour and you do the same with your oven up at it's maximum temperature ... then we'll see who is doing better after that.

Working in a hospital it's about 100 degrees in here, on the plus side looks like people are watching tennis rather than coming to A&E hopefully tennis will last until 1930 when I finish!

This x( or at least it feels like that. Was working on one of the wards on the 2nd floor and it felt like I was walking through sweat. With the hospital having a glass roof it feels like a greenhouse the further up you go, just glad I don't need to be patching in any network points on the roof today :p

My room is in the atic and constantly around 25/26. If you live with it for a while you get used to it. Parents cant deal with the heat upstairs I am ok with it but do have the aircon on trying to cool it down!

Its 18C in Norwich with cloud cover and a cool breeze.

Just had a nice early lunch at the local pub and now back in the office with the a/c off and windows open.
