29C on the car dash today.

I barely summouned the strength to push the AC button ;)
 
Just got home and i see my next door neighbors are out in the garden again. They're easily in their 70's, the missus is sensibly dressed as always but the husband is in his usual tiny shorts and his old man pregnant belly looks like it's near combustion! The man is almost scarlet! Bless 'em lol.
 
Its been 31 degrees C straight indoors and no matter what window or door I open I can't seem to get any airflow going.

I have a fan that is desperately trying to blow warm air around the house though... I almost feel sorry for it.

I tell you what, I prefer cold weather and you obviously prefer hot ... so i'll put my head in my fridge with it on maximum for half and hour and you do the same with your oven up at it's maximum temperature ... then we'll see who is doing better after that.

Pretty much. The house is even muggier than earlier. Can't stand it.

been working behind a cooking range, salamander grill and oven in temperatures of about 50 degrees*! Only way i survived the last couple of days was frequently dunking my head in cold water.


*about 50 degrees in the kitchen at the point i work, not outside, it was about 28 degrees outside.
