How Big is your digital Music folder?

Use FLAC and save some space and get proper tagging.

Mine is around 500GB, mostly FLAC but a few MP3s of rare stuff I can't find anywhere to buy any more.

I use 320k for my Cowon s9 to save some space, only on the albums I really listen to though and most digital download albums.

In the iTunes library I currently use there is about 17GB of music (in 320kbps mp3's). The majority of it get listened to fairly regularly. I do have a couple of other libraries on other machines which cover other sets of CD's I have ripped etc which probably comes to another 40GB or so (things which I don't want to listen to much so don't want to clutter up my current main library with).

lol, dare not think about how much music I have. Mainly because I DJ, so probably have about 50GB of just DnB and probably about 30GB of breaks. All 320, wav or flac.

78GB, nearly all mp3 128-192kbit.
Worth noting that the vast majority of that (~70GB?) is over 5 years old, in recent years I just listen to cds and spotify mostly (except for when at work). Bit ironic really, in 2000 I was listening to mp3s everyday when most people didn't have a clue what they were, in 2010 when everyone has an ipod I was just using cds.

Here's Mine..

Mostly 320kbps mp3's

114.74GB about 2/3s is 320kb/s (11.15GB is WAV).
55.31GB of PodCasts (mainly from record labels, CLR, Wolf + Lamb, none are spoken ones.)

iTunes music folder is 18GB however that includes podcasts, drum tuition courses, Babylon5 (I think), two films and cover art.

got two music folders lol

6.54Gb of FLAC, 291 songs 23 albums
1.7Gb MP3's, 222 songs 15 albums ( mostly stuff bought on iTunes )

Listened to it all, have more stuff on cd's everything ripped is good old music that i just love listening to ( metal, dance, rock etc )
iTunes caters for those suddenly remembered old songs that rock lol
