Edit: However I do like combinations of dried leaf teas such as Asaam, Lapsang suchong, Darjeeling, Earl Grey, English Breakfast all have their place and are all amazing. I like to mix certain leaves together to make my own hybrid teas - dried leaf tea ftw!!

I'm with the frog and Jono. Strong with a little milk and no girly sugar.
Leaves are best. I have Twinings English Breakfast first thing in the morning and usually Assam through the day. Earl Grey is great without milk - especially when hungover.

Tea in Egypt (well, certainly on the rig anyway) is made in a small cup or glass with Lipton's yellow label tea bags, 4-5 sugars and no milk - yeuch.

For breakfast tea its a reasonable amount of milk to get the right colour and depending on my mood can vary from 0 to 2 sugars and as hot as possible, warm tea is NOT cool.

Earl grey i drink as is.
