If your not supposed to keep them in the fridge, why do all fridges come with egg racks?
They even say refridgerate after purchase.
But the supermarkets don't store them in a fridge, even when the eggs are only a day from the 'sell before' date, so why should you?
Our eggs come from our local butcher and he sure as hell doesn't store them in a fridge![]()
I never said I did
Just saying what it says on the box![]()
How so?The fridge makes the whites go thin and watery.
OFaC leans towards refrigeration iirc.I read the same thing Jonny said. Not sure where I read it (On Food and Cooking? Not sure, will check tomorrow.)
