If your not supposed to keep them in the fridge, why do all fridges come with egg racks?
They even say refridgerate after purchase.
But the supermarkets don't store them in a fridge, even when the eggs are only a day from the 'sell before' date, so why should you?
Our eggs come from our local butcher and he sure as hell doesn't store them in a fridge
I never said I did
Just saying what it says on the box
How so?The fridge makes the whites go thin and watery.
OFaC leans towards refrigeration iirc.I read the same thing Jonny said. Not sure where I read it (On Food and Cooking? Not sure, will check tomorrow.)
