Personally a desktop and a laptop for me as well as two (in bits) other PC.

Including my family, that goes up by another two desktops and a laptop.

So possibly 7...

Fileserver
Linux Server
Test Box
Mac Mini
HPUX box
AIX box
Solaris (sparc) box
and the qnap NAS

The Mac and the laptops get the most use and the servers and NAS provide infrastructure. HTPC's are used if I want to watch things and Netbook if I'm away.
