How many days off work do you get a year?

At my job I get 25 days plus bank holidays as standard. However, they give you an additional day for every 2 years you've worked there up to a maximum of 5 days and as I've been here 11 years now, that means I get 30 days plus bank holidays.

I ended up not being able to use all my holiday last year so wasted a few days as I could only carry 5 over, but it means 35 days plus bank holidays for this year :)

28 +BH

I'd rather less and more money though I always have to shoe horn some in at year end

26 + bank holidays.

we have flex itime so I can get an extra 39 days off from 'working' longer, which I do, so 65. :)

22 days plus bank holidays.

Struggling with this as my last job I got around 6 weeks off but I did work bank hols.

Just means I cant go taking extra days off at the start / end of a trip away for example.

After reading this thread, I am truly getting shafted with my holiday allowance!

28 exclusive of BH officially, usually get an extra day around the festive period if the company have done well for the year which is a norm now.

There's talk of having a holiday purchasing scheme here, how much does it cost for a day off?

We have that and can top up to max 30 days. Ours are worked out by salary, divide into how much it is you would earn per day and deduct and spread it out through your monthly income, so I don't really notice it, I always top it up.

33 days (10+ years service) + 8 days PH.

We are also able to take up to 1 additional flexi day per 4 week period (as long as you have built the hours up obviously).
