I work a shift pattern of 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off, 2 days, 2 nights, 10 days off.
Then we get 48 hours of holiday (so 4 of those days). But the downside is it takes into account all weekends, bank holidays etc.
I don't imagine anyone actually gets that many days off though due to overtime.
I think it roughly equates to about 25 days contractually.
