How many days off work do you get a year?

224.

I work a shift pattern of 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off, 2 days, 2 nights, 10 days off.

Then we get 48 hours of holiday (so 4 of those days). But the downside is it takes into account all weekends, bank holidays etc.

I don't imagine anyone actually gets that many days off though due to overtime.

I think it roughly equates to about 25 days contractually.

think im on 23 days but its a 4 day week then 3 day week rotating day shift so 3 days holl can give a 10 day break

25 plus stats. Was the bare minimum at my last place though. Did a shift in one place i worked where i had my hours extended by 1 hour a day but ended up with about 14 weeks holiday, that was epic.

27 + bank holidays here. Goes up 1 day after ten years (woohoo!)

A previous company I worked for started at 21 + bank holidays, increasing 1 day for each years service up to max 32 + bank holidays.
