None. Brush twice a day with a manual brush, mostly only brushed once per day until adulthood, but don't consume a huge amount of sugary foods/drinks.

4 molar fillings, 1 in each quadrant in exactly the same space which is bizarre.
I probably didn't take that good care in younger day's brushing once in the morning and never went to the dentist since I was really young.

Started to have a dull pain a few year's ago now so went to the dentist and turned out i needed 4 fillings. 2 black on top where you cant see it and 2 white on bottom. Now brush in morning, then before bed water floss (never been able to floss) mouthwash then brush. Find the sonic type brushes work best for me.

1 filling though not sure how as the hygenist basically says I give them no work to do, the dentist said my brushing is good and I don't really eat much sweet stuff nor go for fizzy drinks. So even the dentist was surprised when he found it. *shrugs*
