None. Brush twice a day with a manual brush, mostly only brushed once per day until adulthood, but don't consume a huge amount of sugary foods/drinks.

4 molar fillings, 1 in each quadrant in exactly the same space which is bizarre.
I probably didn't take that good care in younger day's brushing once in the morning and never went to the dentist since I was really young.

Started to have a dull pain a few year's ago now so went to the dentist and turned out i needed 4 fillings. 2 black on top where you cant see it and 2 white on bottom. Now brush in morning, then before bed water floss (never been able to floss) mouthwash then brush. Find the sonic type brushes work best for me.

1 filling though not sure how as the hygenist basically says I give them no work to do, the dentist said my brushing is good and I don't really eat much sweet stuff nor go for fizzy drinks. So even the dentist was surprised when he found it. *shrugs*

Some people just have really low tooth decay rate. Think it's down to saliva or something.
I have about 4 or 5, some really deep ones. My parents were not great at making sure I brushed my teeth as a kid. Didn't eat that many sweets, but I do remember eating raw rhubarb dipped into a cone of sugar.

I am much more strict with my daughter on her teeth brushing.

I've lost track exactly, what with them being so spread out over the years and a lot of them from when I was young, but I would guess somewhere around 4 or 5.

I absolutely cannot stand the drilling of teeth and the thought of a root canal is terrifying to me, so I really should keep on top of it a bit better. Brushing twice a day with the electric is a given, but the interdental stuff and flossing I do admittedly get a bit lazy with.

I have two fillings and one root canal. Not too bad for a 55 year old. The issue I had a few years ago was with receding and bleeding gums. But I seem to have halted that with strict flossing.

I had my first in 2023, which had to be drilled out and replaced with root canal three weeks ago. I was terrified of the dentist before having my first filling, and then I expected the worst from the root canal but I don’t get what the big deal was. In fact I was pretty fascinated and asked her to take me through all the tools and stuff she was going to use. Quite enjoyed it to be honest, apart from when they drilling the filling out and I could taste what I imagine burnt coal tastes like, almost wretched.

Back on Tuesday to be measured for my crown.

Only a few fillings, but I immediately lost two teeth in a bike collision and lost one either side a few years later, so I now wear a denture to replace four successive teeth from upper left centre heading left.

Not to mention, lots of cracked and chipped teeth!

32 - none.

Edit: Drank my fair share of fizzy drinks over the years and never do anything special looking after my teeth. Drank a ton of milk as a kid though, maybe that helped?

I have around 6 (50 years young or old depending on the day), the last of which was actually unnecessary but the dentist 'saw' a cavity on the xray but then found nothing wrong after drilling. Asked if wanted it filling or to leave it !? That dentist dropped all NHS patients and closed down shortly after. Not had a dentist for about 3 years now.

My two younger sister's both had the same mostly healthy diet growing up. The youngest is the one who snuck sugary snacks and redbull while at Secondary school, yet has perfect teeth. The eldest was always ultra careful and did everything right but ended up with four by sixth form.

I have one (1)

They jabbed a massive needle in my face

i was horrified , it hurt

the dentist then got the drill out and drilled my face

I dont think i have been back to the dentist since.

I probably need loads, but I have 0 because I don't have a dentist. Successive governments (including Labour) got rid of NHS dentists. A colleague of mine ran up a £3,600 bill last year, so I would have to re-mortgage my house if I went now.

I got very lucky on that front, I'd been NHS registered at my dentist since ~2010, but they postponed my checkup around '21 due to covid rules and didn't automatically give me a new date.

Told I had been unregistered early '23, but then got a surprise call autumn '23 to be put back on the registered list and get a checkup then next day!

4, all done when I was 32/33. I was raging as I’d never had any issues with my teeth until that point.

Barely any sugary sweets or juice when I was younger. Still don’t have a sweet tooth.

I put 0.

Though I've had 2 installed and fell out with in hours (by different dentist's), so I'm not counting them.

Still at 0 despite having a pretty poor diet over the last 52 years. Good tooth genetics maybe. My dad also had no problems with his teeth.
