I work about 9 usually, sleep about 7.

I work
7am till 6pm weekdays monday to friday
and 7am till 11am on saturday

for a few months in the winter when it less busy at work my hours drop down to around 45 to 50hrs per week

Work 9:30pm - 07:30am starting Monday nights to Friday morning.

Sleep all depends on noise, weather etc but I'm normally in bed by 10am with the alarm set for 6pm although I'm sometimes up at 5:30pm.

Some weekends getting back into a sleep pattern is fine, this one wasn't! Went to bed 11:30pm Friday and got up 6pm Saturday, to say I was slightly ****ed off is an understatement.

Then wide awake again 4:30am Sunday, got up watched a film until 7:30, went back to bed until 11am.

Don't work but have college 3 days a week, college go to bed at 11ish till 7am so 8 hours, off days about 10 hours.

Generally I work a 7.5 hour day and sleep about 6.5 or 7 hours per night. The amount of sleep depends how tired I am when I go to bed which I try to do about 10:30pm. I usually read a bit to get the day out of my brain sometimes until 11pm, sometimes until midnight, the alarm goes off at 6am.

I have 2 hours a day commuting so have about 2 hours an evening to my own time
