I'm trying to get my body back into working order, over the last few months i've found myself sleeping at 3am+ till 12pm+, so i'm trying to work myself a regular sleeping pattern.

Does the amount of sleep you need purley depend on the person? is 8 hours to much?

i'm considering 12am - 7am perfect for not going to bed to early and not staying in bed to late.

Not enough with all this uni work, and work to get my food. Though i did forget to set my alarm and slept in for 4hrs which was nice.

Well a good nights sleep is about 10 hours for me, 12-14 if I'm having a lie in. Anything less than 6 hours and I really struggle to get up.

probably running on 7 max at the moment, go to bed between 12pm-1am in work at 8am, so up and out of bed at about 7.

its more about a routine

EDIT: I feel perky and alert at work after i have my cup of tea

Normally goto bed at about 11.30 and listen to my iPod while starting to drop off and turn that off about 12.30. Wake up at 8.

So normally between 7 and 8 hours on average I suppose....always still tired mind.

Varies, for example, i have a buzz on because its st. paddys day, so i'm not going to sleep for a while however.
I have to be up for 5 tomorow to get in for 7, i'll probably get about 4 hours sleep.
But wednesday i'm not required until about 1 so i'll have nice 8 hour sleep at least.

Sometimes i'll have an early night, varies.

my sleep pattern can get screwed up so easy, as no matter how hard i try i cannot fall asleep if im not tired, this is how screwed up it is at the moment, i got up at 8.30pm ill probably go bed about 2pm tomorrow afternoon, im like a owl lately,

if i go to sleep between midday and about 11.30pm i only need to have 5 or 6 hours sleep, if i go to sleep from 11.30pm to about 11.30am then i can sleep for upto 12 hours, one day i hope to get the answer to why my sleep pattern is so whacked up, and why i cant help it.
