Struggling with the 3rd column but the 2nd is way too easy - for some reason hit a wall on the 3rd column at the last 1-2 on the higher number sets.

Stuck at 33. :( Gonna re-start and go with decline push-ups.

I seem to be hitting a wall around there as well - guess it is my age :s

EDIT: It is weird though - it goes easy, easy, easy and then hit a wall not like it used to be where it would progressively get harder.

How old are ya? I am 32 (JUST).

I mean...i had 2 bottles of wine yesterday so maybeeee that hindered it a bit. :o

I can do 30 - but only just!

I'm 45 and have been trying to get fit for years so can keep up with the kids (7 and 9) but I don't have very good self discipline and it doesn't take too much to derail my fitness efforts!

I watched a YouTube video a few months ago about a guy who committed to doing 100 push ups a day for 30 days - gave it a try and while I can easily do 10-20 at a time, I found myself struggling to remember to get them done throughout the day!

43 is my max, but normally aim to do 2 sets of 40 and 1 set of 30. I put my feet up on my office chair and use push up bars ( I can't bend my wrists at a 90 degree angle so have always used the bars).

There was a 200 a day challenge last year which got me back in to it, I did about 3 days (lots of sets of 25-20), but then found doing 200 every 3-4 days was fine for me. I started doing 100 a day when lockdown started but was already used to doing 3 sets of 30 a few times a week. I only weigh 63kg so not much to lift any way ;)

My daughter is 5 and is evil. She demands I do press ups with her on my back or bench press her!
