How many real friends you got?

Dunno.
At home I'd say proper friends I talk to etc maybe 4-5. However, I have an extra 10-15 on top who I'd call up for a kickabout or mess around someplace.

At uni I have my girlfriend who's one of my best friends, then about 4 good friends, and then 10-20 friends I like to see, chat to, and mess around with.

I'm happy with it being like that. It's good to have people you can just mess about with, while still having some you are close to.

Mates loads, real, best friends 7 with two of them being very very close friends.

In general I always find something about a person that annoys me so that is prolly why I only have a few "real" friends.

i'd say about 20 really close friends that i could ring up and hang out with just them.

I would say that have about three friends who I could really rely on. Time and the truth takes its toll. but hey that's life.

proper friends? yeah 30-50 i'd say. People who i would share nearly everything with....probably more around 8 or 9

If you think you have 'between' 30-50 'proper friends' then they aren't proper friends... they're acquaintences.

Well when i said proper friends i meant as in i could quite happily spend a day with them just me and them doing something with no awkwardness and talk completley naturally. I would happily go on holiday with any of them etc. That is proper friends right? A lot of people have based proper friends on "who i can ring up and do something with"

I am in college so ithink it reasonable i have that many? lol

So true, everyone finds this out sooner or later. Over the years I have had a close group of friends and now its gone down to around 5 due to sieving out the ****.

about 3-4.. had more but kind of lost touch over last couple of years with some people for different reasons. a lot more friends but wouldn't call them that close. hoping join marines soon hopefully will keep in touch with my current friends still once in.
